DC-PJ100 10HP Pulse Jet Clean Dust Collector

The New DC-PJ100 Reverse Pulse Jet Dust collector is is unlike anything on the market. Pulse Jet technology has been around for years but until now it was only used on large expensive whole shop systems. No a stand alpne system that can be used on any machine, but will excell with machines like CNC routers, panel saws, and sanders. Expecially helpful for problematic fine clogging dust from mdf and sanders.

Unlike shaker systems, Pulse Jet automatic filter cleanings constantly cleans the filters while the dust collector is in operation. No need to shut down production spiratically to shake the dust. Pulse jet cleaning is more efficient as it is always cleaning. On shaker bag systems extreme diligance is required or filters will get clogged. Even with extrema diligence the cleanig in less effective than pulse jet cleaning. 

PATENTED  This machine includes the patented bag shut off system that allows plastic collecton bags to be shut off and bags changed while the machine is still in operation. There is not anything else on the market like this.
